If you provide your mobile number and separately and affirmatively consent to receive text messages, Friends of Paula Pezza may send you recurring SMS or MMS messages using automated or other technology.
Messages may include campaign updates, event information, volunteer opportunities, election reminders, surveys, voter-engagement communications, and requests for donations.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of donating, volunteering, attending an event, or otherwise supporting the Committee.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also withdraw consent by emailing dupagepaula@gmail.com or through another reasonable method that clearly communicates your desire to stop receiving messages. We will honor valid revocation requests as required by applicable law. You may receive one non-promotional message confirming your opt-out.
Opting out of text messages does not automatically unsubscribe you from email, postal mail, telephone calls, or other campaign communications.
The Committee does not share mobile information, including text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other category of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy.
The preceding restrictions control over any more general data-sharing language in this Privacy Policy.
The Committee may disclose mobile information to communications service providers solely to operate and support the messaging program, including delivering requested messages, maintaining consent and opt-out records, and providing support. The Committee does not sell or rent personal information.
We may disclose other personal information:
Service providers may use information only to perform services for the Committee and not for their own marketing purposes.

The Committee may receive contribution and transaction information needed to process contributions, respond to donors, maintain records, and comply with campaign-finance requirements. The Committee does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card or bank-account numbers entered through a third-party processor.
Our website may also link to social-media platforms, maps, or other third-party services. Those organizations maintain their own privacy and security practices, and we encourage visitors to review their policies.
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
No website, electronic transmission, wireless network, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or maintained by the Committee or its service providers.
